Better quality of life for all
Epilogi i prosarmogi

We make hundreds of decisions every day. From the simplest issues (what should I wear today) to the most complex and serious (health, family, professional issues, etc.), solutions are needed that are provided by immediate decisions, which shape the day and life of both the person making them and those around them.

But how do we make decisions?

The truth is that most of the time we don't decide according to our own choices, but we adapt to the situations and needs of others.

-to satisfy their "wants".

-so that we don't get into a confrontation.

-because that's how everyone/others do it.

-so as not to assume responsibility in any other case.

-so that we can finish an hour earlier.

But when we decide by choosing what we consider right

-we learn to function autonomously.

-we become more creative by trying something new and different.

-we take responsibility for the decision and the outcome.

-we learn our limits and strengths.

-we learn from our mistakes/we increase our self-confidence with every success.

The way in which we make a decision, whatever it is, is acceptable as long as it is done consciously and after first taking into account the positives and negatives (reasons and results).

What is best for our own health and well-being?

So next time ask yourself: Is this the decision I want to make?
