Have you ever stopped that daily routine you've created to realize what's happening to you?

Have you ever thought that YOU could make your day better, instead of blaming the people around you for the unpleasant/disturbing things you experience and only making yourself miserable? What could you do? How could you achieve that?

 

A short pleasant break at work, a message or a call to a person who makes you feel good, a drop of your favorite perfume, a song or a hobby you love, some time alone with yourself to find what you need. All of these are just a few, inexpensive ways to make each day better, to come one step closer to happiness and not let the days just pass by.

 

Because at the end of the day, positive emotions are what make a difficult day bearable and give you the strength to keep going.
