
My name is Theologos Christina. I am Coach Health and Wellness and founder of My New Way Of Life which aims to provide the best quality of life for everyone.
At a young age, I was faced with leukemia in the years when cancer was not an easy thing to deal with and even mentioning the word was taboo.
My family, along with my doctor, did their best for my health and well-being from the first moment I was hospitalized and for several years afterward.
In addition to chemotherapy and radiation, the following helped in curing cancer:

THE proper nutrition and hydration.

THE rest and long hours of deep sleep.
-
THE fun with fairy tales, painting and games with my mother
and with visits from beloved relatives and friends.
- THE good psychology with a vision of what I would do once everything is over, and lots and lots of prayer.
Of course, things weren't that simple and pretty, but that's how the MIRACLE happened, as my doctors said, when my results came out "clear."
This experience radically changes a person at any age.
So I became a mature child, I didn't want (and continue to not want) others to suffer, especially children, I loved foresight and prevention, I listened, saw and understood more things, but at the same time I had more anxiety that I couldn't manage.
So, after finishing my studies as a specialist in clothing and fashion design, along with my degree came my first allergy flare-up due to excessive stress, while later I acquired a food intolerance and an autoimmune disease (like most of the planet's population).
Somehow I started looking for ways to improve my health and noticed that I had succeeded during my pregnancy, where I consciously followed a proper diet plan, walked daily, was calm, and slept when I needed to.
Result? Loss of 8 kilos that I had gained before pregnancy due to food intolerance, energy, strength, good mood and overall health and well-being.
With the help and knowledge of doctors, hematologists, nutritionists, and experts in nutrition, exercise, and psychology, I concluded that the best way to achieve health and wellness is a combination of the above, and it is not difficult to make it a reality.
But does this apply to everyone? How could I help other people with all that I learned without having any relevant expertise?
Then came into my life coaching health and wellness where I learned:

Tthe power of discussion that, beyond new knowledge, offers immediate relief and understanding that we are not the only ones going through a difficult situation or making specific choices.

Tthat we don't realize how many wrong choices we make every day that harm our health.

Tthat in order to have health and well-being, we should look at proper nutrition/hydration, exercise, quality sleep, relaxation, fun/entertainment and good psychology in combination, not in extreme ways and for a short period of time, but with small daily steps as a way of life.
Closing it coaching health and wellness I opened a new circle of knowledge, that of Life coaching which, beyond the points it has in common with the previous one, helps in proper organization, planning and achieving goals. So I use this knowledge as a means of achieving health and well-being because when you know what you need and how you will achieve it, the only thing missing is decision and action.
Life is short and beautiful. For some reason we are programmed to make it difficult and simply go through our days without living it as we deserve. It's time for this to change. Every small change is a step towards a better life.
