From the first moment we understand ourselves as children, we want to grow up.
Growing up a little, and trying to find ourselves, we blame everything and everyone around us (pre-adolescence).
As soon as professional obligations and obligations begin, and we enjoy our independence, the lack of time comes to teach us that we can't do everything we want in life.
This whole situation, combined with responsibilities and family obligations, makes us reminisce about our carefree childhood years (when we were in a hurry to grow up).
From a certain point on, and the older we get, the more we lose our strength and stamina, resulting in depression and "How did I get to be like this" in older ages, especially in cases where people are left alone.
And of course, all of this without including the challenges, difficulties, and problems that life often holds for us.
And finally, when is the time to feel happy, fulfilled, complete?
The truth is that every period, every season, even every day, as well as having its challenges, also has its happy moments that we can identify and experience if we have positive thinking.
Even the most difficult problems usually have a solution. If we look for a solution in every problem instead of panicking and giving up, then we see life positively.
An unexpected change in the schedule can be the occasion to learn something new.
An illness can be a reason to slow down the fast pace of everyday life and rest.
An obstacle can save us from something unpleasant that would happen during our day.
If we lose an object, it can become a reason to search for something else.
Of course, we will encounter obstacles, setbacks, and problems, but without living in the present, identifying and experiencing the positives of each day, and feeling gratitude for what we have, we will never feel happy.
At My New Way Of Life We identify the positives, live each day and choose the best quality of life.
Let's find the way together!
