Better quality of life for all
Forgiveness
Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian technique of self-forgiveness and emotional cleansing. The name of the technique comes from the words "ho'o" (create) and "ponopono" (right, correct), meaning "to correct" or "to put things in their proper place". This practice is based on the idea that inner peace and harmony can be restored through forgiveness and reconciliation, not only with others, but most importantly with ourselves.

Initially, this technique was applied within families, between its members, with the aim of restoring or correcting relationships between them. They applied it when a family member fell ill, because they believed that the cause of the illness was the imbalance in their relationships.

This ancient technique took on greater dimensions in the 70s when the clinical psychologist Dr. Hew Len applied the technique to patients with disturbed etc. criminal figures while working at Hawaii State Hospital. After 3 years of its implementation Ho'oponopono there was a huge change in these patients. The aggressive behavior of the inmates was reduced to a minimum. And when asked how he managed it, he stated that he took it all on Responsibility of the present situation, without ever coming into personal contact with any of these patients. In his statement he said: "I didn't heal them, but the part in me that created them."

At the heart of Ho'oponopono is the concept of collective responsibility. In Hawaiian culture, people believe that we are all connected and that our thoughts and actions affect not only us, but also those around us. The Ho'oponopono technique invites us to take responsibility for the situations that occur in our lives, considering that negative experiences are the result of our inner thoughts and feelings.

How important is it to take responsibility for the situations that happen in our own microcosm? To be Responsible it means that you take full responsibility for the events of your life. You are the one who creates your reality and attracts situations, behaviors, people. And if we go a step further, we realize that our microcosm is part of the macrocosm. We belong in Olon. And as Psychiatrist Carl Jung put it, we all constitute it Collective unconscious. They are all our feelings, beliefs, thoughts, programming. All of us with our own unconscious, are members of this Collective Unconscious. We affect each other with our invisible emotional connection.

So here it is everyone's responsibility to free themselves from wrong beliefs, negative feelings and thoughts and improve their own reality and contribute to the harmonization of ALL.

It does this job Ho'oponopono with 4 words

Forgive me

I love you

I forgive you

Thank you

These words alone have power. These words alone are healing. Who was not moved upon hearing it I love you, whose heart did not "soften" at the word Forgive me or did not feel release in se forgive and joy in thanks ?

With full responsibility and pure intention, applying these words to some emotional conflict, we create the Miracle. We purify ourselves first and with our contribution we also purify the situation.

Spend 15-20 minutes in silence thinking about a person or situation you want resolved. Ask for forgiveness, express love, accept forgiveness and show gratitude. Thus all blockages will begin to dissolve, first within you as a co-creator of the present situation, where finally the situation or the person you are working with will improve.

So here is a kindness technique that you can incorporate into your everyday life.

In closing, I would like to mention that kindness is the greatest asset that man has. Let's not stop cultivating it. Let's feed her. And let our positive intention be our guide.

Let's be the energy we want to attract!!
