Better quality of life for all
Nope
One of the reasons that usually makes us feel stressed, tired and helpless is the fact that we try to please everyone around us by taking on more tasks and responsibilities than we can handle.

This results in emotional stress, anxiety and the feeling that we cannot achieve what we desire.

And if our effort does not have positive results and negative comments follow from those around us, then our self-confidence falls, our psychology collapses, we feel incapable and often avoid taking on any task.

So all these negative feelings are not due to the fact that we really are not worthy, smart or strong enough to achieve something but because we have not set our limits.

No is the most correct answer when:

  • Dwe don't have time for another task.
  • Dwe do not have the necessary knowledge for the correct handling of a task.
  • Ma job is outside of our professional obligations.
  • TheWhen we have taken on more tasks than we can handle.

No is the most correct answer when we do not feel good for any reason of our own to take on another task - responsibility.

Of course, we are not talking about refusing any task that we are asked to do every day, but about the additional demands that those around us may have at every level (family, friends, manager, colleagues) and no can easily become yes when:

  • Ewe have time
  • Again knowledge.
  • Ewe are rested and ready to take on what is asked of us.

This way, no matter how much we upset someone when we say no, we avoid failures, negative outcomes and let others know that we may not always be available, but when we are we will always have the best possible outcome.

At My New Way Of Life we discover our strengths and limits, minimize failures and negative emotions, and reveal our best selves.
